This hotel knows how to cater to its guests' luxurious needs. the exclusive amenities such as the outdoor swimming pool and the full body massage service are top-notch. the Spa centre provides a relaxing atmosphere, with beautifully designed treatment rooms, and the staff is attentive and professional. the entertainment on offer, such as live entertainment and karaoke, is enjoyable and adds a fun touch to the stay.

this did not detract from our overall experience, and the hotel's restaurant provided delicious meal options, including poolside snacks and special diet menus to meet our needs.

The room was not up to our standards. It had a musty smell and was not very clean.

We recently had a city break in a lovely hotel. The staff was really helpful and kind, always ready to help. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious, and we greatly enjoyed trying the local cuisine. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the town. We loved the privacy of our bungalow and enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool.

We did experience some negatives during our stay. The bathroom was not up to our standards as we had some trouble with the shower.

Although the internet was a bit unreliable, the neat garden and bungalows provided a good amount of privacy. a great experience – just wish the neighboring radio wasn't on all night.
